OZONATED OIL FOR ENHANCED OIL PULLING RESULTS

The news about oil pulling and all its many benefits has really spread the last couple of years, especially since using coconut oil for the process has become so popular.
There’s a breakthrough in oral health that has the potential to help millions. It’s an ozonated oil pulling remedy that you swish around your mouth for a few minutes each morning to radically transform your oral health.
The practice of “oil pulling” has been used for thousands of years to pull toxins from gum tissue in the mouth.* It’s a mainstay tool of Ayurvedic Medicine and many people swear by its benefits. But now we’ve taken oil pulling into the 21st century with the addition of an ozone infusionright into the oil.
Ozone, the same elemental molecule you can smell in the air after a lightning storm, is now being used to radically transform modern dentistry. What dentists have discovered is that ozone kills bacteria throughout the mouth, including in tiny, microscopic crevices. Today, more and more dentists have become aware that old root canals may harbor dangerous bacteria and release toxins into the mouth which get swallowed into the body.
TOP 7 BENEFITS of ozonated oil pulling:

1. WHITENS TEETH

There is no need for chemical teeth whitening strips when ozonated oil pulling works just as well! The ozonated oil possesses natural antibiotic and antiviral properties that brighten and cleans teeth, keeping them pearly white. Try it for two weeks and you’ll see what I mean, or just take a look at Gwyneth Paltrow’s smile. She is known to follow the practice each morning.

2. INCREASES ENERGY

When our immune system is put to work in clearing out toxic waste from our body, it drains our energy levels. Removing the noxious culprits in the first instance by ozonated oil pulling lowers the amount of work our body has to do to function, which leaves us feeling a whole lot better.

3. DETOXES THE BODY

Germs in the body are much like poison causing inflammation and leading to disease and illness in turn. The gateway to the body for such contamination is the mouth. Therefore, in removing the toxins at the source before they get a chance to spread, the body undergoes a complete detox.

4. AIDS HORMONAL CHANGES

Without having to compete with foreign substances, hormones can behave as they should, functioning to their best ability without being thrown off balance.

5. REDUCES HEADACHES

When the body is under toxic stress, headaches and migraines occur. It is nature’s way of asking for some time out to recover. By eliminating bacteria from the body via ozonated oil pulling, headaches can be avoided.

6. KEEPS THE SKIN CLEAR

The benefits even extend to your skin! Removing toxins from the body that would otherwise make it into the bloodstream means the skin has a chance to shine. Rashes and skin issues often reduce dramatically, or even clear up completely, when ozonated oil pulling.

7. PROMOTES ORAL HYGIENE

Ozonated oil pulling is highly effective at reducing tooth cavities and at eradicating bad breath. Removing the Streptococcus mutant bacteria (an important player in tooth decay) as well as other microorganisms, ozonated oil pulling is great for oral health. It also helps with plaque-induced gingivitis.

When you start ozonated oil pulling, you might experience some of the positive effects immediately, or it may take a few days or even weeks. It will very much depend on the state of your health to begin with, and how compromised your immune system is.

Oil Pulling Instructions

  1. Put 1-2 teaspoons of ozonated oil into the mouth. The oil traditionally used in oil pulling is ozonated coconut oil. It is also possible to do oil pulling with ozonated olive oil. Whichever oil you choose, place 1-2 teaspoons in the mouth.
  2. Swish for 20 minutes. Apparently the timing is key, according to Dr. Bruce Fife, author of Oil Pulling Therapy, as this is long enough to break through plaque and bacteria but not long enough that the body starts re-absorbing the toxins and bacteria. The ozonated oil will get thicker and milky as it mixed with saliva during this time and it should be creamy-white when spit out. It will also double in volume during this time due to saliva.
  3. Spit oil into the trash can. The oil may thicken and clog pipes. Do not swallow the oil as it is hopefully full of bacteria, toxins and pus that are now not in the mouth!
  4. Rinse well with warm water. Warm water seems to clean the mouth better. We recommend you to rinse a few times with warm water to get any remaining oil out of my mouth. Some sources recommend swishing with warm salt water.
  5. Brush well!
