Wash your face with regular skin cleansing foam (preferably unscented) and rinse with warm water. Exfoliate your skin with facial scrub or exfoliating cream, rinse off and pad dry with clean towel. Apply 2 to 3 drops of Ozonated Oil onto your palm or directly on your face. Rub evenly and make sure the oil has covered all your face. Start your facial massage for about 5-10 minutes.
For a better effect use a 1-2 teaspoon of ozonated oil orally once per day.
At least 10 days of therapy is recommended.
